Are 3D images allowed on Amazon?
Your images must show the real product accurately. 3D renders are common in secondary images, but some categories don't accept computer-generated main images, so check your category's style guide. For those, we use a studio photo for your main image.
Can you render a product before it's made?
Yes. If you have CAD files or a working sample, we can build the model before your stock arrives. The render has to match the final product, so tell us about any changes.
What files do you need?
CAD files are best. If you don't have them, send a sample or clear photos from every side, plus exact dimensions and colour references.
Is 3D cheaper than a photoshoot?
Not always. A SYCreatives studio shoot costs $250, so 3D is best when a product is hard to photograph, needs exploded views or isn't made yet.
Do 3D images increase conversion?
They can, but it depends on the listing. In one Helium 10 test, new 3D secondary images moved unit session percentage from 15.17% to 18.26%. That's one case, not a guarantee.
How long does it take?
